ANDIAL/Porsche Motorsport of America absolutely dominated racing in the 1980s and 1990s. This legendary team was comprised of three brilliant engineers and mechanics: Alwin Springer, Arnold Wagner, and Dieter Inzenhofer. Featured here is a silver metallic 1978 911 SC, which has been enhanced with an ANDIAL-built 3.5L twin-plug engine with mechanical fuel injection (MFI), turning this silver coupe into a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
The 3.5L stroker motor includes custom cylinder jugs, high-compression pistons, twin-plug cylinder heads, and a NOS RSR fuel pump. Included in the sale are the ANDIAL correspondence letters, service history, and the signatures of Alwin Springer and Dieter Inzenhofer on the custom airbox.
